Hodgman Government is undertaking the biggest investment in school infrastructure for 20 years.
“We are investing $192 Million in education and training infrastructure to enhance learning environments, and give our students the opportunity to achieve their full potential.” Minister for Education and Training Jeremy Rockliff said.
“As part of this, today we have advertised for tender, $750,000 worth of upgrades to Launceston College.”
“This money provided through the 2018-2019 Capital Investment Program will see a significant refurbishment to the College.” Minister Rockliff said.

This project is part of the Tasmanian Government’s commitment to ensure students have access to contemporary and flexible facilities where they have the greatest opportunity to explore their passions and discover a path to their future career.
“We are focused on building Tasmania’s education future by ensuring schools, staff, students and the community are supported with high-quality learning facilities, while driving economic growth and creating jobs from planning to construction.” Minister Rockliff said.
